My path to psychology wasn't just academic — it was deeply personal. Witnessing how much a single compassionate presence could shift someone's world shaped everything about how I practise today.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and the quieter, harder-to-name struggles that life brings. My goal is always the same: to help you feel less alone, more truly yourself, and empowered to step into the very best version of who you are.
